Set-up is after 6pm the night before your sign-rental day. We take down the sign the following day (24 hours later) after 6pm. This gives you a full-day to enjoy your sign and celebrate with your loved ones! :)

Yes! We will certainly do our best to accommodate last minute requests. There are only so many appointments we can do in a day - so we suggest booking as early as you can, but we will never reject a request for booking unless we absolutely have to!

We respond to emails within 24 hours. Usually emails will be responded to sooner! We will check messages frequently throughout the day and night. 

We will go anywhere! We are from Brockville, but travel to Prescott, Spencerville, Athens, Mallorytown, Kemptville, Smith's Fall's, Gananoque, Kingston and Ottawa. Delivery is included within 25km of Brockville, additional travel fees will occur if outside of that. We will happily deliver your sign anywhere you would like it to be!

ABSOLUTELY! We love when our customers post their signs on social media! We LOVE social media - and would LOVE for you to hashtag #brockvilleyardflair on Instagram or facebook, and tag us (@brockvilleyardflair) as well so we can see your beautiful set-ups, and so others know where to get a set-up as well! 

No, this is a 24 hour rental. You can request additional days for a $35 a day fee. We install the sign the night before and take down the sign the following night (24 hours later)

No, please do not take down or move the signs. The signs are costly and easily damaged. We are specially trained to set-up the signs and ensure that they do not fly-away with the wind or break. If you'd like them taken down early, please let us know and we can do that for you!

In reality, plastic, but it is called coroplast. As new, more environmentally friendly options arise - we will be taking those options! Until then, our signs are reusable and last a very long time so we make sure we are lessening our environmental footprint to help the environment by using less single-use plastic! 

Yes! Additional days are $35, and you can rent your sign for as many days as you would like. The packages offered on the price list include one day. 

We use metal stakes to insert the signs into your lawn. It does not hurt the lawn. This is why we strongly ask you to water your lawn beforehand - so the ground is soft enough to push through with the stakes! The softer the ground, the easier the installation is.

We offer a large variety of signs. We have graphics for all types of interests. Such as, but not limited to, dinosaurs, BBQ's, Princesses, Sports, gaming, social media, and all interests geared towards every interest and age. 

We offer signs for Birthday, Anniversary, Graduation, Mother's and Father's day, back to school, divorce and any other celebration you would like!

We set up in most weather conditions. If the wind is over 35km/hr, we unfortunately cannot set up. This happens very rarely. We set up in all 4 seasons each year and try our best to ensure weather does not get in our way. We will always give as much notice to you and work with you ti figure a solution out in case of terrible weather.

It wouldn't be a surprise if we did that! We make all signs custom and different for each person. We do, however, take all colour preferences and interests into account so your sign is to your liking - but from there, we create a one-of-a-kind sign that is unique to you. You will love it!
